What this checker validates
- Every EXEC CICS has a matching END-EXEC (and vice versa), with line numbers
- Unbalanced parentheses inside a block
- Unknown command words after EXEC CICS
- Missing required options (e.g. SEND needs MAP+MAPSET, TEXT, or FROM; XCTL/LINK need PROGRAM)
- Warnings: unrecognized options, INTO without LENGTH, missing RESP/NOHANDLE
- Comment lines starting with * or / are skipped
